Vension season
Our venison season is the best known of our speciality weeks. We serve the "saddle of venison" on platters in three courses according to classic cuisine. The creative three-course game menu varies from year to year and is always refreshingly different: venison fillets or venison head cheek have delighted many a guest. But mushrooms can also be pretty wild - the vegetarian version of our puff pastry pâté is probably the secret star on our menu.
